We proudly offer a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on all new scissor lifts and aerial platforms purchased through our official channels.
1. Warranty Coverage
For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, newscissorlift.com warrants that your equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial use. This coverage includes:
- Major structural components (chassis, scissor arms, platform).
- Hydraulic systems and primary electrical components.
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
To ensure fair use, our warranty does not cover the following conditions:
- Normal wear and tear from standard industrial use (e.g., tires, paint, decals).
- Consumable parts, including but not limited to hydraulic fluids, lubricants, filters, and batteries.
- Damage resulting from misuse, operator negligence, accidents, or overloading beyond the specified capacity.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow the operational guidelines.
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized technicians using non-OEM parts.
3. How to Make a Claim
