At newscissorlift.com, we know that minimizing downtime is critical for your projects. That is why we coordinate heavily with top freight carriers to ensure your heavy industrial machinery arrives safely and on schedule.

1. Order Processing & Fast Delivery

We prioritize expedited processing for all of our customers:

• Most equipment is inspected, prepped, and dispatched directly from our Commerce, CA hub within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.
• Transit times vary by destination, but our "fast delivery" network ensures the quickest possible routing via flatbed or specialized freight.

2. Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer zero-cost freight delivery under two specific conditions:

• Order Value: If your total equipment or parts order is under $2,000, shipping is on us.
• Location: If you are shipping to a state directly adjacent to California (such as Oregon, Nevada, or Arizona), you will receive free shipping regardless of your total order amount.

3. Standard Freight Rates

For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria (over $2,000 and located outside of states neighboring California), a standard, distance-based freight fee will be calculated. Our sales team will provide a transparent, upfront freight quote before finalizing your purchase contract.

4. Unloading Logistics

Scissor lifts and aerial platforms are heavy industrial machinery. Please ensure your delivery location meets the following requirements:

• A clear, accessible area for a large commercial flatbed or semi-truck to park safely.
• An appropriate loading dock, ramp, or a forklift with sufficient capacity to safely offload your machinery.
• If you do not have a way to unload the equipment, please notify us during the quote process so we can arrange specialized liftgate delivery or a tilt-bed truck (additional fees may apply).
